At Easter Clozet, we strive to deliver high-quality garments, featuring the latest designs, and ensuring value for your money. However, if you wish to return any items, we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review the information provided below to facilitate your return.

Refunds:

How do I receive a refund for returned items?

Refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment used for the order.

The payment will be refunded to the debit/credit card or the account from which the payment was made.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

While we endeavor to process refunds as promptly as possible, please allow up to 15 working days for processing. Customers should anticipate up to 30 working days for refunds to be finalized.

What if I opt for an item of lesser/greater value in exchange?

If you select an item of lesser/greater value for exchange, any outstanding amount will be refunded or charged accordingly. We may need to contact you to arrange additional payment, so please ensure your primary contact number is provided.

We are happy to exchange goods for another item of your preference or a different size, subject to applicable postage charges. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes and colors for exchanges.

Will shipping charges be deducted from the refund?

Shipping charges will not be deducted if the partial order qualifies for free shipping. However, if the complete order is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

How much will be refunded?

In the case of order returns, a 10% deduction will be applied for order processing, payment gateway, and other recurring charges from the total order value (excluding shipping charges).

If a refund is issued as a gift voucher, no deduction will be made from the order amount (excluding shipping charges).

Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods at any time.

Note: Management cannot be held responsible for parcels received without clear identification or instructions.

Please ensure all items for return are in their original condition, securely packed in a packet with our return address clearly marked.

Responsibility for returned items lies with the customer until they are received by our warehouse.

We strongly recommend using a registered, sign-for postage service and retaining proof of postage.

We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during the return process.

Which postal service should I use for returns?

Customers should select a reliable and reasonably priced postage service for returns. Management will not refund any postage charges incurred during the return process.

How long do I have to return items?

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 3 working days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon as the fault is identified.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Sale products labeled as “Sale” on the deal of the day page are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

Returns are not accepted for Design it Yourself (DIY) products, custom-made orders, altered items, or products without original packaging and tags.

Complaints regarding damage or stains must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by digital pictures for review.

Product Condition:

Please ensure returned items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, with no marks, scent, or damage.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets attached.

Hand-embroidered items may have displaced beading/sequins, which is not considered a fault but inherent to the nature of the work.

Product Care:

Initial wash should be ‘Dry Clean’ only.

Heavy embroidered items should only be Dry Cleaned.

Casual items can be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.

Due to hand-dyeing methods, color guarantees cannot be provided.

Failure to comply with washing instructions may result in damage to garments.
